Return

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your shipment to return your items if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
  • To initiate a return, please login to our Online Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided.

Exchange

  • If you would like to exchange your items, you have 30 days from the date you received your shipment to do so.
  • To initiate an exchange, please login to our Online Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided.

Wrong Merchandise

If we shipped you the wrong merchandise, we will offer to cover 100% of the costs associated with getting you the correct product.

Refund

Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be credited within 2-10 business days after processing your return. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@sfreshener.com.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the Online Returns Portal page and click "FIND YOUR ORDER".
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
