Payment Methods:

  • You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • Please note that an additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Shipping destinations:

  • We offer worldwide shipping.

Shipping times:

  • In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days.
  • Allow up to 3 business days for order processing, and 3-7 business days for delivery.
  • Personalized items are made to order and can take up to 1-2 weeks for delivery, especially during peak periods.

Shipping times (International):

  • Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for international orders to arrive.
  • International shipments are subject to additional customs fees, duties, and taxes, which we are not responsible for.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.

Shipping cost:

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $21 within the US.
  • Shipping fees for orders under $21 depend on your chosen delivery method and country. Full pricing will be shown at checkout.

To track your package, simply check your email for a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Alternatively, you can use the "Track My Order" link on our website and enter the order number, email or phone number associated with your order to track its progress.

We always strive to ship your order as soon as possible. However, please note that custom orders require special processing and may take approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery with in the US.

If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, please check your order status and tracking information first. If there is no update or the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and take appropriate action to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. If the package is confirmed to be lost or stolen, we will offer a replacement or refund.



  • You have 30 days from the date you received your shipment to return your items if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Wrong Merchandise

If we shipped you the wrong merchandise, we will offer to cover 100% of the costs associated with getting you the correct product.


Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be credited within 3-10 business days after processing your return. If you have not received your refund and more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

  • Enter your order number and email address in the Online Returns Portal page and click "FIND YOUR ORDER".
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

You can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. However, please note that personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

There are no charges for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 3-10 business days.


Our products are designed for long-term reliability and are covered by a one-year warranty that begins from the date of purchase. If your product is not functioning correctly, please contact us, and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products.

Our warranty covers any mechanical or manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues with your device during this time, we are here to help you.

In order to speed up the production time and manufacturing process, we are unfortunately not taking orders with custom fragrances at this time.(We pick the highest quality 100% natural oils to keep it smelling amazing.)

Yes, you can recharge your aroma disc with your favorite essential oil by adding a few drops to the back of the disc.

The aroma disc is air sealed and ready for storage for up to 6 months. If the scent dissipates and you want to re-scent your air freshener, simply add a few drops of your favorite essential oil.

Customized orders may have different discount policies, and some discount codes may not apply.

Bleed is the extra space around the outside of your image that serves as a safety margin and will be trimmed off during production.

In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we typically begin processing orders a few hours after they have been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please email us atshop@sfreshener.comas soon as possible to request a cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been started, it cannot be updated or cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your custom order, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. In the rare case that your order does not meet your expectations, you may return the custom goods for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
