How To Order?
The fastest, easiest & most popular way to order with us is through our website, simply upload your image or design online free and check out. Accepts PNG and JPEG (JPG) image file types.

Why can't I upload an image?
If you cannot upload an image to our website, please get in touch with us at and we can arrange for you to email the pictures to us or send them to us via Instagram @sfreshener
How Long Does It Take?
We always do our best to ship all items out as soon as possible. However, please note that custom orders require special processing and may take approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery.  (Don't feel like waiting? Most of our in-stock items are available to ship within 1-2 days.)

How do I track my package?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Track your order
Do you ship to my country?
Currently, we’re only shipping orders within the contiguous United States. (International Shipping will become available in the near future, Subscribe to our mailing list and you’ll be the first to know as soon as we launch expanded shipping options.)

What fragrances do you offer?
In order to speed up the production time and manufacturing process, air freshener scents are randomly selected. (We pick the highest quality 100% natural oils to keep it smelling amazing.)

Can I do a custom fragrance?
We are unfortunately not taking orders with custom fragrances at this time.

How to make my air freshener last longer?
The aroma disc is air sealed and ready for storage for up to 6 months. If the smell dissipates and you want it scented, simply add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to make your unique aroma.

What Is Bleed?
Bleed is the extra space around the outside of your image serves as a safety margin that will be trimmed off during production. 

Can I cancel my order?
In order to keep up with customer satisfaction we will typically start on your order a few hours after your order has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We’ll do our best to make this happen. Once an order has been started it cannot be updated or cancelled.

What if I have a problem with my order?
In the rare event that an order did not come to you as promised, If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created, if the goods are otherwise flawed, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 15 days of receiving your custom order
