How To Order?
The quickest and easiest way to order from us is through our website. Simply upload your image or design for free and check out. We accept PNG and JPEG (JPG) image file types.

What if I'm unable to upload my image?
If you cannot upload an image to our website, please contact us at shop@sfreshener.com. We will make arrangements for you to email your images to us or send them via Instagram @sfreshener.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We always strive to ship your order as soon as possible. However, please note that custom orders require special processing and may take approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery with in the US. (Currently, the lead time for custom orders is 1-3 business days).

How can I track my package?
To track your package, simply check your email for a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Alternatively, you can use the "Track Your Order" link on our website and enter the order number, email or phone number associated with your order to track its progress.

What fragrances do you offer?
In order to speed up the production time and manufacturing process, we are unfortunately not taking orders with custom fragrances at this time.(We pick the highest quality 100% natural oils to keep it smelling amazing.)

Can I use my own scent?
Yes, you can recharge your aroma disc with your favorite essential oil by adding a few drops to the back of the disc.

Why can't Glossy finish be scented or recharged?
Glossy finish is achieved through the use of a specialized coating on the paper. This coating is not porous and therefore cannot absorb scents or be recharged with fragrances.

How to make my air freshener last longer?
The aroma disc is air sealed and ready for storage for up to 6 months. If the scent dissipates and you want to re-scent your air freshener, simply add a few drops of your favorite essential oil.

Is the turntable air freshener unit included with the order of customizable aroma discs?
No, the turntable air freshener unit is not included with the order of customizable aroma discs. The customizable discs can be inserted into the turntable air freshener unit, which can be purchased separately on our website.

Why is my discount code not working?
Customized orders may have different discount policies, and some discount codes may not apply.

What Is Bleed?
Bleed is the extra space around the outside of your image that serves as a safety margin and will be trimmed off during production.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we typically begin processing orders a few hours after they have been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at shop@sfreshener.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been started, it cannot be updated or cancelled.

What should I do if there's a problem with my order?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your custom order, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. In the rare case that your order does not meet your expectations, you may return the custom goods for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
