How can I track my package?
To track your package, simply check your email for a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Alternatively, you can use the "Track My Order" link on our website and enter the order number, email or phone number associated with your order to track its progress.

What fragrances do you offer?
In order to speed up the production time and manufacturing process, we are unfortunately not taking orders with custom fragrances at this time.(We pick the highest quality 100% natural oils to keep it smelling amazing.)

Can I use my own scent?
Yes, you can recharge your aroma disc with your favorite essential oil by adding a few drops to the back of the disc.

How to make my air freshener last longer?
The aroma disc is air sealed and ready for storage for up to 6 months. If the scent dissipates and you want to re-scent your air freshener, simply add a few drops of your favorite essential oil.

What should I do if there's a problem with my order?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. In the rare case that your order does not meet your expectations, you may return the custom goods for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
